Magical Miracle! Cobb Family Completes Epic 4,000 Mile Disneyland to Disney World Walk

Walking from One Magic Kingdom to the Next! Cobb family completes epic 4,000 Mile Disneyland to Disney World ‪#‎WalkAcrossAmerica‬ at 4:13 PM at ‪#‎HappiestPlaceOnEarth‬
Jonathan, Jennifer, Jonathan David, Jenna, and Jaxi stepped into Cinderella’s Castle in the Magic Kingdom at 4:13 PM on Father’s Day (June 21, 2015) to complete their historic journey and become the first family to ever walk across America. Julia’s favorite scripture was Philippians 4:13 and she was laid to rest at 4:13 PM (intentionally) on 11-4-13 (unintentionally). The Cobb family walked out of Disneyland on August 6th, 2014 at 4:13 PM to begin their 4,000 mile (zig zag) walk through 14 states in 320 days to honor God, Julia, inspire other families, and to increase awareness of childhood CANcer. The states included California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.

“Sometimes in life, you have to walk a long way to find a happy place, but with God’s help, you CAN find it, if you have just a little faith, trust, and of course, pixie dust,” said Jonathan Cobb, father and cancer survivor. He quoted Walt Disney by saying, “It’s kind of fun to do the impossible,” “especially with your family. And if Julia were here, she would have been the first to cross the finish line. Julia always talked about the CAN part of her journey through cancer, she never gave up and neither will we.” When asked by a reporter what he was going to do next, he replied, “DREAM AGAIN!”

If you CAN dream it, ‪#‎JuCan‬ do it! Our thanks to Disneyland, Disney World, and Team JuCan for dreaming with us! The best is yet to come!
